Cold, apathetic communication; poor and infrequent instruction; and an air of condescension seem to circulate this organization. I do not believe their practices around managing students is ethical or appropriate, particularly around religious observances and holidays. The nameless individuals who manage emails appear organized, yet are ultimately more interested in systematizing their processes more than they are directly involving themselves with students, and their work. If you're requesting an extension due to an emergency situation, be mindful that your privacy may be infringed upon, as you will be requested for 'proof' of your circumstances. Students and peers, please tread lightly if applying to work with this organization!
