Are your Human Resources practices up to date? Would you like to improve or transform your organization's Human Resources practices? In this project, teams of 3-7 Master of Science in Human Resource Management students will conduct research and develop an actionable strategy and recommendations on a Human Resource Management challenge faced by your organization, stakeholders, and/or clients. Upon completion of the project, you will receive a detailed report and presentation.

Project Examples

Beginning in July 2024, students in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.

Project activities might include but are not limited to:

  • Generating job descriptions/job postings
  • Evaluating existing job postings/job descriptions and recommending new ones
  • Developing materials for structured job interviews
  • Developing methods of performance evaluation
  • Evaluating training programs
  • Developing training materials
