Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Franklin University to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.


Learners in this program/experience will be provided a cumulative and integrated Healthcare Management program experience. The goal of this course is to ensure students can apply healthcare management principles in a variety of healthcare settings. Students can expect to participate in career specific activities designed to demonstrate their understanding and ability to apply healthcare management principles in real-life healthcare settings

Deliverables are negotiable, and will seek to align the needs of the learners and the organization. 


Some final project deliverables might include: 

  1. A 10-15 minute presentation on key findings and recommendations
  2. A detailed report including their research, analysis, insights and recommendations

Project Examples

Learners in groups of 2 to 3 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.


  • Applying healthcare management principles to common scenarios.
  • Mitigating risks related to real-life healthcare management issues.
  • Sharing healthcare leadership, management, and communication skills with potential employers.
  • Determining appropriate financial, legal, and ethical strategies for improving healthcare quality and performance.
  • Identifying appropriate healthcare stakeholders for making key healthcare decisions. 



Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone/virtual call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience.

Provide a dedicated contact person who is available for weekly drop-ins to address learners’ questions as well as periodic messages over the duration of the project.

Provide an opportunity for learners to present their work and receive feedback.

Provide relevant information and/or data as needed for the project.
