Gina was great to work for, she is very good at identifying everyone's individual skills and seeing how they can fit in a team. Gina is also very good with communication, both for what is required of a person and of communicating what needs to be done. In addition, she allows for independence when doing work and is more than happy to provide feedback on deliverables.
