Digital Human Library (dHL) is looking for individuals to lead outreach activities for new industry Experts to join Digital Human Library and connect with K12 students.

Digital Human Library (dHL) brings people together in service of youth and learning.

Deliverables

Project Tasks:

1) Research/ follow-up with potential dHL Experts across industries to join dHL's Video Conference with Experts library (free for Canadian teachers and students) https://www.digitalhumanlibrary.com/video-conferencing-catalogue/

  • Learn about dHL proprietary vetting process (training provided)
  • Research/ follow-up on outreach to potential Experts (Expert lists provided)
  • Add potential Experts to a shared spreadsheet populating all of the required fields (spreadsheet provided)

2) Engage in outreach to potential Experts via email (and possibly by phone)

  • Send email communication to potential Experts (form emails provided to be personalized)
  • Schedule interviews with potential Experts

3) Collaborate with the dHL Team

4) Attend monthly team meetings

Mentorship

Students will receive personalized training to begin the project. Students will be collaborating with the dHL team throughout their project work. Meetings will be held online once a month, and as needed, to answer questions, provide support, and engage in feedback conversations. Additional support and communication will take place via email.
