The goal of this project is to conduct brief phone/video interviews with 10-15 users of our platform, Suno, and write up summaries with recommendations on the product. Suno is an AI powered emotional support companion. The interviews should focus on understanding the user experience and getting feedback on the product. The summaries should include actionable recommendations on how to improve the product.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the user experience of Suno


- Ability to summarize and analyze user feedback


- Identification of areas for improvement of the product


- Actionable recommendations on how to improve the product



Final deliverables should include:


- Summaries of the 10-15 user interviews


- A written report with actionable recommendations on how to improve the product
