The coordinator will also contribute to various deliverables, including documenting sponsor prospects, identifying non-profit partners, collecting testimonials, and enhancing sales communication materials.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sponsorship and Partnership Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective sponsors and partners who align with our vision and values. Your main duties will include identifying contacts within creative cultural departments and economic development centers in the Greater Toronto Area, as well as collaborating with our partner, the United Way Greater Toronto, to identify potential non-profit partners that cater to our target audience.
Additionally, you will assist in reaching out to our audience newsletter readers to request testimonials, and contribute to the creation and revision of an informative infographic and media kit for our project, Spinning Forward. As part of your outreach efforts, you will be expected to use our email scripts and templates to contact a minimum of 3 non-profit partners and 3 sponsor prospects.
Final Project Deliverables
By the end of the specified period, your key deliverables will include:
- Documenting at least 10 sponsor prospects in the sales pipeline.
- Identifying at least 10 non-profit partners from the United Way Greater Toronto list that align with our target audience.
- Collecting at least 5 email testimonials from readers of our newsletter using our testimonial request form.
- Modifying our sponsor and partner infographic visual sales communication document to enhance its effectiveness.
- Introducing our company to a minimum of 3 prospective sponsors via email.
- Introducing our company to a minimum of 3 partner or collaborator contacts via email.
