The Expert Connect is looking to expand! Our goal is to reach more women to support them in every aspect of their life through online and in-person therapy, coaching, and access to resources.

We want a clearer understanding about our position in the market. Where else in the world is holistic coaching for women available? Is it available? Are women even interested in women only experts? Would they prefer male experts?

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of how we can better serve our clients.

Project activities may include but are not limited to:

• Target market research
• Industry size and market potential
• Competitive landscape
• Strategic positioning of our brand
• A competitive analysis including what's lacking in this space and how we can differentiate ourselves
• We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and services.
• We would like strategies for marketing our services
• We want to understand what pain points client have to engage our services

As the CEO/Founder of The Experts Connect, I will dedicate as much time as the student(s) needs to ensure a valuable experience. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Student will be in close contact with our team and will be incredibly valued by the organization for the work they are able to do.
