strategic planning communication research data analysisAlberta's Dayhome Support Network (ADSN) aims to enhance its outreach efforts to increase awareness and engagement among private dayhome providers in Alberta. The current challenge is that many dayhome providers are unaware of the programs, events, and resources offered by ADSN. This project seeks to develop a data-informed outreach strategy that effectively targets and engages these providers. By analyzing existing data and identifying key trends, the project will enable ADSN to tailor its communication and outreach efforts to better meet the needs of dayhome providers. The ultimate goal is to boost participation in ADSN's offerings, thereby strengthening the network and support available to dayhome providers across Alberta.
- Analyze current outreach efforts and identify gaps.
- Research and identify key trends and preferences among dayhome providers.
- Develop a strategic plan to enhance communication and engagement.
- Propose methods to measure the effectiveness of the new outreach strategy.
The project will result in a comprehensive outreach strategy document that outlines actionable steps for increasing awareness and engagement with ADSN. This document will include a detailed analysis of current outreach efforts, identified gaps, and proposed improvements. Additionally, the strategy will provide recommendations for measuring success and adjusting tactics as needed. Key deliverables include:
- A data analysis report highlighting current outreach gaps.
- A strategic outreach plan tailored to dayhome providers.
