Details

We are seeking a resourceful and organized Administration Intern to join our team. The Administration Intern will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting in project coordination.


The Administration Intern plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a productive work environment. This position is designed for individuals eager to gain practical experience in office administration and project management.


The intern will collaborate closely with our administrative team, providing assistance in organizing tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Deliverables

- Assist in organizing and maintaining office records, documents, and files.

- Support project coordination by scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items

-Take notes during meetings, do required research and help with the overall organizational process.

- Assist in data entry and routine administrative tasks.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.


The student will be asked to submit a file that contains a portion of their work which may include meeting notes, research or a document containing the steps taken to achieve the implementation of the new organizational process.




Mentorship

You will have access to comprehensive training materials and guidance from experienced professionals. Regular check-ins and mentorship sessions will be conducted to provide feedback, address queries, and guide your progress in mastering administrative responsibilities.
