The main goal for this project is to facilitate the international expansion of Systema365, Inc. by conducting thorough market research in target regions. This will involve several different steps for the team, including:


- Researching potential international markets for expansion, considering factors such as economic stability, IT sector growth, and demand for services offered by Systema365, Inc.


- Analyzing cultural and business differences in the target regions to develop tailored strategies for market entry and client acquisition.


- Identifying potential local partners or collaborators to establish a strong presence in the international markets.


- Developing a comprehensive market entry plan that includes marketing strategies, sales tactics, and operational considerations.


- Creating financial projections and risk assessments for the international expansion efforts.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:

Mentorship

I will be available to meet with the students regularly to provide guidance and feedback on their projects. Students can also expect timely responses to their queries via email and a dedicated discussion forum.
