Details

Our company culture deck is a foundational document communicating who we are, what we value, and how we work together. Over time, our company has evolved, and our current culture deck no longer captures the full picture of our team, history, and aspirations.

Our goal for this project is to refresh and revitalize our culture deck to accurately reflect our current values, history, and team dynamics. Learners will review documentation, conduct research, gather insights from key team members, synthesize findings to help identify recurring themes, unique stories, and key moments in our organization's journey, and help to craft a compelling narrative about the Riipen journey and culture.

Deliverables
  • Assist in the development of a refreshed, visually engaging culture deck using Google Slides that authentically represents our company’s culture, values, and history.
  • Prepare a summary report outlining the research process, key findings from interviews, and rationale for the updated content.
  • Deliver a presentation to the People & Culture team, highlighting these findings and recommendations for the new culture deck and the stories behind it.
  • Make recommendations for maintaining and updating the culture deck as our company continues to grow and evolve.
