The main goal of this project is to supervise our video editors creations and make sure they follow our processes and use our project management software correctly. They will also make suggestions of improvement to our project management software to improve our video editing process.

In order to complete this project, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

- Monitor video editors’ progress and ensure they are following the correct processes.

- Identify areas of improvement in our project management software and suggest changes.

- Develop a plan to implement the suggested changes.

- Test the changes and make sure they are working properly.

- Document the changes and present the results to the team.

Learners will work closely with the manager in charge of the video editing creation process who will supervise their work and be available for questions. They will instruct them on our process, and they will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings to gain feedback on their overall work. The manager in charge of this project will review each piece of their content to ensure it meets our standards for quality. Regular communication will also be conducted via slack.
