Details

MDR seeks to enhance its current website by migrating it to the Next.js framework. The primary goal of this project is to leverage Next.js features such as server-side rendering and static site generation to improve the website's performance, scalability, and SEO. The migration will ensure that the existing functionality and user experience are preserved while optimizing the site's maintainability. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of modern web development frameworks and practices. The team will focus on understanding the current website architecture, planning the migration process, and implementing the necessary changes to achieve the desired outcomes. By the end of the project, the learners will have gained hands-on experience with Next.js and its benefits in a real-world scenario.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a fully functional website migrated to the Next.js framework, maintaining all existing features and user experience.

The team will provide documentation detailing the migration process, including any challenges faced and solutions implemented.

Additionally, a performance report comparing the old and new website metrics will be submitted to demonstrate the improvements achieved through the migration.
