Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and map out how data flows between the CRM system, our spreadsheets, and QuickBooks, with a focus on data relevant to key KPIs.
- Develop a strategy for integrating CRM and QuickBooks data, ensuring efficient tracking and analysis of KPIs.
- Establish a set of critical KPIs for the business, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Design and implement dashboards or reports for continuous monitoring and analysis of these KPIs.
- Train staff on how to interpret KPI data and use it for strategic decision-making.
- Regularly review and optimize the KPI tracking process for accuracy and relevance.
Deliverables:
- By the end of the internship, the student will be asked to provide a detailed chart or table clarifying their accomplishments and findings, including recommendations going forward for improved processes and documents.
- Regular Mentorship Sessions: The intern will participate in weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions. These meetings are designed to provide ongoing feedback, discuss progress, troubleshoot challenges, and set goals for the coming week. The mentor, an experienced professional in business development, will guide the intern through the project lifecycle, offering insights and advice based on real-world experience.
- Feedback and Evaluation Mechanism: Constructive feedback will be a cornerstone of the internship experience. The intern will receive regular, structured feedback during the weekly meetings, and there will be mid-term and end-of-term evaluations to assess progress, highlight achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
