Chat GPT, GPT-4, and similar programs have revolutionized how work gets done. The new technology is able to handle a wide variety of tasks for free within seconds, sparking a change in how people will work. Some things GPT-4 can do include coding projects for websites, content creation (blog, copy, image, video), drafting emails and proposals and much more. We are interested in learning how GPT-4 can improve how we at Tiny Planet Digital work to improve our workflow and the services we provide to clients.

Project Tasks

• Research AI technology to understand the current state of possibilities and the future expectations so we can be prepared.
• Identify use cases and programs that enable us to benefit from this technology.
• Formulate an action plan for implementing these programs and use cases in our current workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide resources that explain how to use each identified program so our entire team can be onboarded to these new processes

Project Deliverables:

• List of potential uses for AI technology specific to our current business processes
• List of potential uses for AI technology in our client service offerings
• Thorough implementation action plan for each respective use case
• The onboarding process for each program to highlight maximizing the benefit it provides

The Tiny Planet Digital team is able to provide 1:1 mentorship to the students on a weekly and monthly basis. The students will have an assigned supervisor/mentor in their project who will guide them through their tasks, provide support and advise on their career-related questions.

The CEO provides weekly office hours and coworking hours to mentor and assist the students in their project tasks, networking, or career questions.
