Details

We are looking for assistance in with event planning for our annual fundraising event.

We are looking for assistance with the logistic side of planning of our event.

This project will include:

  • Finding and securing a venue, entertainment, and catering.
  • Developing and launching a ticket sales strategy.
  • Developing a volunteer recruitment strategy and assisting with volunteer recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Gaining event planning and organizing experience, including managing personnel and strategic planning and execution.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. This will happen weekly + as often as is needed to provide clarity for the student placements.
