In supporting the MBA students from University Canada West in this project, Systema365, Inc. will provide a comprehensive framework of resources and guidance:
We will start with a thorough briefing session to introduce the students to our company, outlining our history, services, market position, and the specific challenges we are facing. This will provide a solid foundation for their analysis.
Students will be given access to relevant business documents, such as market analysis reports, financial statements, strategic plans, and any other material that can aid in their understanding of our business and its environment.
We will establish a schedule for regular check-ins and updates. These sessions will allow students to ask questions, seek clarifications, and discuss their findings and ideas with our team.
Our team will provide mentorship and guidance throughout the project. This includes assigning a contact person from our management team who will be readily available to offer insights, share professional experiences, and provide feedback on their progress.
