Details

The main goal for the project is to integrate Ticketspice, Mailchimp, Slack, and Google Sheets on activepieces.com using webhooks. This will allow for seamless communication and data sharing between these platforms, ultimately improving efficiency and productivity for I Challenge Diabetes. The integration will enable automatic updates and notifications across platforms, streamlining the workflow and enhancing the overall user experience.


Deliverables


- Analyzing the current systems and workflows of I Challenge Diabetes to understand the integration requirements.


- Configuring webhooks to enable communication between Ticketspice, Mailchimp, Slack, and Google Sheets.


- Testing the integration to ensure seamless data transfer and communication.


- Documenting the integration process and providing a user guide for I Challenge Diabetes staff.


- Providing training and support for the I Challenge Diabetes team to effectively utilize the integrated platforms.


Project-formatted deliverables for this task will be :

-sharing examples of the integration code,

-working documents in pdf format of the mapping

-general findings while undertaking the project.

 



Mentorship

The student will receive training and ongoing support by Operations Manager and Project Manager. They will be guided through the organization's strategic plan and how it aligns with the project strategies. They will be part of a collaborative, innovative and team-oriented environment. They will have the opportunity to attend weekly meetings with the larger team at ICD in addition to smaller meetings with those involved in the web development project.

They will be gaining hands on experience creating relevant content, implementing and executing objectives. Students will always be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and have them addressed along with weekly check-ins with the ICD Team. This is an excellent opportunity for students to assimilate a multitude of skills and develop professionally. Students gain applicable knowledge and experience in real life context.
