The main goal for the project is to create a community chat area for DifferentMatters' product using Python. This will involve several different steps for the developers, including:

- Understanding the company's mission and product to align the chat area with the company's goals.

- Developing the code for the community chat area using Python.

- Testing the chat area for functionality and user experience.

- Implementing user authentication and security features.

- Integrating the chat area with the existing product interface.

By the end of the project, developers should complete the following tasks:

- Developed and tested the community chat area using Python. The Community will include both private and public chat rooms, have the ability to pin content, and be duplicatable across multiple groups.

- Implemented user authentication and security features, and the ability to use single-sign on that could work with the individual's preferred login.

- Integrated the chat area with the existing product interface.

- Provided documentation for the developed code and instructions for future maintenance.

Final deliverables:

- Complete source code for the community chat area and upload it to DifferentMatters Github.

- Documentation and instructions for maintenance and future development.

Our team will be available for weekly progress and mentoring calls beginning with a project alignment call to ensure deliverables and timelines are clear.
