The strategy should include a plan for how to use social media to reach and engage potential customers, as well as a plan for how to measure the success of the campaign.
The tasks that learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:
- Researching the target audience and understanding their needs and interests.
- Developing a content strategy for the social media campaign.
- Creating a plan for how to measure the success of the campaign.
- Developing a timeline for the campaign.
- Creating content for the campaign.
- Implementing the campaign and tracking the results.
Learners will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include bi-weekly meetings where the learner will get feedback on what they are doing well as well as constructive criticism. Regular communication will be conducted via slack, and we the project manager will review their presentation on their strategy and give them feedback before they present it to the founders, who will make the decision on if they will proceed with implementing it or what modifications need to be made before implementing it. They will receive feedback as they implement the strategy from the founders and their project manager so they can make adjustments to maximize the effectiveness of the campaign.
