We are eager to onboard students that can help determine whether to invest in a 3rd party marketplace.
The current client is a D2C company that only sells in one primary channel. The business case will outline the opportunity, market / industry assessement, the cost structure, and the workback schedule required to go-to-market.
Deliverable 1:
- Put together opportunity sizing and market analysis
- Collaborate with our finance team to determine the ROI based on the sum-of-its-parts cost analysis
Deliverable 2:
- Produce presentation to our strategic leadership team on go/no-go analysis for selling and expanding to a 3p marketplace

There will be a step by step process in the investment process where we will teach and onboard the skills necessary to make the right investment decisions.
