We're so glad you've come to check out our project. You might be wanting to know a little more about us. QUEST XO is a small batch chocolate shop that specializes in creating quirky, fun, and thoughtful chocolates.

Since our start in 2019, we've become known for our mental health focus.

Whether through our handwritten notes, chocolate/edible art, going the extra mile for every order, award winning flavours, or even that we make everything by hand to order, we're anchored by the belief that those on the receiving end are worth every effort.

Why You?

The truth is that our capacity for marketing and social media is quite limited. We also know that some of the brightest young minds are humming with untapped perspectives and ideas .... that means you!

You arrived at this project no doubt because you're crazy about chocolate (🤫 same), but you're also keen to get your hands dirty with real experience. We believe you’ll be able to help us get our LinkedIn & Google Profile game on fleek.

Deliverables

How You Can Help

We know your social media skills are 🔥 and we're hoping you can help us level up our brand here in Toronto. During this project, you can expect to be working on:

  • Run LinkedIn and Google profile account audits to get a lay of the land
  • Work with a team to finalize social strategy/content calendar for Q4'22
  • Research best practices, trends, new releases, and useful features
  • Determine the best format and frequency for content on both platforms
  • Update and maintain our Google shop
  • Create + schedule content for both platforms (audiovisuals, caption, hashtags, etc.) for Q4'22*
  • Find creative ways to meet our KPIs
  • Ensure that our account consistently embodies our brand personality
  • Overhaul our profile to be on brand and to better align with our business values
  • Create and implement a Google ad campaign for holiday season this year (Nov. – Dec.)
  • Visit us onsite to capture any necessary photo and video content

*you’ll have access to paid tools for these activities

Mentorship
  • Kick off meeting to allow us to work as a team to nail down strategy
  • Mentorship provided on an as needed basis
  • Weekly team check ins to identify and remove roadblocks
  • Access to Later, Asana, Canva, Google Drive, and appropriate social accounts
  • Previous research to be shared
  • Images and videos can be provided by us if requests are received in advance and outline specific needs
  • (Onsite) Access to desk space, wifi, coffee/tea, and snacks
