Details

The Kamloops Minor Baseball Association (KMBA) seeks to enhance its community engagement and financial support through the development of a comprehensive sponsorship program. The primary goal is to identify potential sponsors who align with KMBA's values and objectives, thereby fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. The project involves researching and identifying local businesses and organizations that would be ideal sponsors, considering factors such as community involvement and interest in youth sports. Additionally, the project requires the creation of compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate KMBA's mission and the benefits of sponsorship. By collaborating with potential sponsors, the team will work to establish partnerships that offer value to both KMBA and the sponsors, ensuring a sustainable and supportive network for the association.

Deliverables

The project will result in a sponsorship guide that outlines potential sponsors, strategies for engagement, and partnership benefits. Deliverables include a list of identified potential sponsors, a set of professionally designed marketing materials, and a strategic plan for approaching and securing sponsorships. The candidate will also speak with the potential donors to look for mutual value.
