The goal of this project is to create tailored workout plans for different client profiles, ranging from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts. The project will involve researching various fitness routines, understanding client needs, and integrating personal training principles. The team will also design a standardized assessment protocol to evaluate clients' fitness levels and track their progress over time. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of exercise science, client assessment, and personal training to create practical, real-world solutions.
The deliverables for this project include:
- A set of customized workout plans for different fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
- A comprehensive fitness assessment protocol, including forms and guidelines for conducting assessments.
- A report detailing the research and rationale behind the workout plans and assessment protocol.
- A presentation summarizing the project findings and recommendations for implementation.
