The main objective is to investigate and propose improvements to Wouessi's delivery process.

Optimizing the delivery process is crucial as it directly impacts customer satisfaction, turnaround time, and Wouessi's ability to scale operations. An efficient delivery process will allow us to improve client onboarding, reduce project delays, and enhance the overall customer experience. Addressing these issues will allow Wouessi to retain clients more effectively and attract new business. 

Deliverables
  • The project group will evaluate our client journey, starting from the pre-signing stage to post-delivery, identifying areas of inefficiency, communication gaps between teams, and technology integration needs.


  • This project will focus on investigating and improving Wouessi Inc.'s client delivery process. The delivery process spans from the initial client engagement, through contract signing, project execution, and post-delivery support. The aim is to streamline communication between internal teams (sales, operations, customer support) and ensure timely service delivery. By mapping out the current process, students will identify inefficiencies, such as delays in hand-offs between departments and gaps in technology integration.
  • Deliverables include a report describing the inefficiencies in the current delivery process and proven strategies to improve.
