Project Goal: The primary objective of this project is to enhance LulAI's AI platform by developing advanced chatbot capabilities and an intuitive administrator dashboard. The project aims to integrate sophisticated natural language processing (NLP) techniques to create a smarter, more efficient chatbot and design a user-friendly admin interface for service management. By doing so, the goal is to improve overall user experience, optimize customer interactions, and provide effective management tools for businesses.


Problem Description:

Learners will tackle the following challenges:

  • Chatbot Enhancement: Integrate advanced NLP models to enhance the chatbot’s ability to understand and respond accurately to a wide range of user queries.
  • Admin Dashboard Development: Design a user-friendly, comprehensive admin interface for managing chatbot interactions and overseeing key performance metrics.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the chatbot and the improvements in customer interaction and business processes.


Deliverables

To successfully achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

1. Initial Platform Assessment

Activity: Review the current state of LulAI’s AI platform.

  • Document initial impressions and identify usability issues or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare a preliminary report outlining findings and potential areas for development.

2. User Research and Feedback Collection

  • Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather qualitative insights.
