Concept: POP in Winnipeg is a vibrant fusion of work and play, tailored for early-stage entrepreneurs, SMEs, creative minds, and those overcoming barriers. It's also ideal for companies desiring a "3rd space" for employees—a neutral, inclusive area distinct from work and home. This environment nurtures informal interactions, relaxation, and creativity, enhancing a community atmosphere that drives innovation and collaboration.

At POP, we embrace this concept, providing a platform for fun experiences, innovative workshops, and networking opportunities in a playful yet professional setting. Our services include podcast management and mentorship, supporting both personal and professional growth. Beyond a conventional workspace, POP is a dynamic arena where creativity, relationships, and entrepreneurial spirit thrive in a community-centric atmosphere.

Pop Retail also presents a unique opportunity for artisans and makers to display and design their work, reflecting their personal brand and style in our engaging space.

Concept: POP has emerged out of a desire to build a community of creative thinkers, a uniquely located space and the founder’s personal and career journey – all of which has led to a concept that helps adults bring more play and creativity into their lives because it will make them happier, healthier and more connected.

POP is like a gym for your mind. Our members get access to materials, equipment and experts that help them learn new things and stimulate creativity so they feel happier, inspired an more fulfilled in their day to day life.

Our Mission

POP is a place to connect and inspire people through creativity and learning new things. POP facilitates experiences for its members that leave them feeling excited, inspired and with a sense of belonging.

Our Vision

We envision POP as a community of members that grow, learn and create together. As the POP community grows, we will be able to offer even more value to our members through access to experiences, experts and a network of fellow members.

The POP model can be implemented in other cities and communities through our systems of membership, facilitation and programming. There will always be a need for intentional creativity and POP will become known as the go-to resource for creating inspiring and motivating
spaces and experiences outside or inside the office.

How POP Works

We create inviting spaces and use proven methods to encourage exploration and creativity. Our goal is to connect people and provide opportunities to try new things, sparking joy and fulfillment in their everyday lives.
