The Wouessi fintech platform is seeking to enhance its user experience to boost client engagement and satisfaction. The current interface, while functional, lacks the intuitive and responsive design that modern users expect. This project aims to redesign the platform using user-centric principles, focusing on creating a seamless and intuitive interface that aligns with user expectations. The project will involve analyzing current user interactions, identifying pain points, and proposing design improvements. The goal is to create a prototype that reflects these enhancements, ensuring the platform is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient. By applying classroom knowledge of UI/UX design, learners will contribute to a project that bridges theoretical concepts with practical application.

Deliverables

Expected outcomes:

  • Improved User Engagement: Achieve at least a 25% increase in user retention and interaction rates.
  • Responsive Design Excellence: Ensure 100% functionality and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms.
  • Actionable Usability Insights: Deliver a report with at least 10 user pain points and corresponding design solutions.
  • Development-Ready Design: Provide a finalized design file ready for development implementation.

Expected deliverables:

  • User Research Insights: Create detailed user personas and journey maps based on target audience research.
  • Design Prototypes: Deliver wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for key platform features.Include at least three design iterations based on feedback.
  • Usability Testing Report: Compile findings from testing sessions and propose actionable improvements.
  • Responsive Design File: Provide finalized design files optimized for mobile and web platforms.
