This project aims to redesign the platform using user-centric principles, focusing on creating a seamless and intuitive interface that aligns with user expectations. The project will involve analyzing current user interactions, identifying pain points, and proposing design improvements. The goal is to create a prototype that reflects these enhancements, ensuring the platform is both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient. By applying classroom knowledge of UI/UX design, learners will contribute to a project that bridges theoretical concepts with practical application.
Expected outcomes:
- Improved User Engagement: Achieve at least a 25% increase in user retention and interaction rates.
- Responsive Design Excellence: Ensure 100% functionality and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms.
- Actionable Usability Insights: Deliver a report with at least 10 user pain points and corresponding design solutions.
- Development-Ready Design: Provide a finalized design file ready for development implementation.
Expected deliverables:
- User Research Insights: Create detailed user personas and journey maps based on target audience research.
- Design Prototypes: Deliver wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for key platform features.Include at least three design iterations based on feedback.

- Responsive Design File: Provide finalized design files optimized for mobile and web platforms.
