Details

Today, for one of our portfolio of the company, we need to put together a cost-benefit analysis on their incentive roadmap. We need to track the LTV lift based on the cost of the incentive. Students will get a chance to brainstorm creative ideas and investigate the net-impact to user acquisition and model out churn.

Deliverables

Deliverable 1:

  • Determine product incentives for SaaS companies like (Asana, Motion, Zscaler)
  • Put together a list of incentives that resonate with and conduct a financial analysis with estimates pertaining to LTV and churn
  • Collaborate with our finance team to determine the predicted ROI

Deliverable 2:

  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to recommend the workflow associated with the incentives including entry points, redemption, and measurement
Mentorship

We are focused on supporting student development in critical and deep thinking. There will be a step by step process when we collaborate on the analysis, which will be necessary to make the right decisions. Our past experience includes founders with multiple exits and real investment experience.
