Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from St Ambrose University to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners in this program/experience will explore planning, organization and control. Examines how systems work, role of internal communication, flow, content, interpretation of messages, problem-solving, avoiding communication breakdowns, changing attitudes, motivation, leveling, interpreting management’s point-of-view. Investigates internal and external types of communication, dyads, interviewing and counseling, selling and persuading.
