Our company has two main business domains: online courses and real estate advice. We would like students to help in managing a Customer Relationship Management and social media management system, KVCore. This system has leads generated through Facebook and other social media channels. The tasks would be: Connect with leads through email, smart campaigns and social media Connect with leads through automatic and systems texts Connect with leads through phone calls Generate new leads with tools in the system Use all the features of the system to drive more traffic and enhance online presence Provide support for administrative tasks such as documentation. Currently, Dazia Consulting has a website, Google page, LinkedIn business page, Facebook business page, Digital Products Store, Udemy courses page, Youtube channel, Customer Relationship Management tool, and a Shopify Store. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity? What are some good launch ideas? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
SEO and Social Media Strategy
Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our companyβs social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends

Additionally, the project aims to set a marketing and communication Canvas for the company. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and identifying direct and indirect competitors of DUNU INC as well as the market's size. - Analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats posed by the identified competitors. - Creating a marketing and communication Canvas for DUNU INC. that outlines the company's target audience, value proposition, channels, and key messages.
