Pawan was enthusiastic to work on the project. She had some internet problems and could not hold Zoom calls properly. She could not work online on the OneDrive files due to her internet problems. She downloaded the files and worked offline. Thus, I could not monitor her work. She gathered information from the internet for slides that had to be created for online courses. She spent a lot of time gathering the information. Then she created slides for the topics. The information was relevant to the topics. However, the format of the slides was not up to the standard. Overall, in 80 hours, she created around 150 slides. She probably undertook 40 hours for information gathering, then 40 hours to make the 150 slides, which I estimate is a slow output. She did not log her work hours regularly. Thus, my rating reflects the above observations.
