Our company is currently testing our new product. We want a group of students to lead the testing processes of our prototype and redesign it to fit the desires of our potential clients. This will involve : Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Contacting organizations and potential users to start the testing process. Test, Iterate, and Redesign the application. Creating and Adapting surveys or indicators that will measure the product's desirability. Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focus might return the best results in a redesign. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Bubble and Figma as these are the latest and greatest tool currently available. We will provide you with a formation on Bubble. Creating a redesigned application model matching the potential users' and clients' needs. Regular meetings with Komino.
Market Research
Our company proposes a solution for non-profit, community initiatives and causes. We want to better understand our target market and the overall market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. We want to collaborate with students to conduct market research. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching our target market and market potential. Gathering statistics on the problems and obstacles of our target market. Analyzing the different stakeholders in the market. Researching the industry and competitive landscape. Analyzing existing solutions.
Software Customer Acquisition & Sales
We want students who will help us with our software sales pitches, demo presentations, and acquisition methods. We will ensure to train the students in general sales and in our ways of doing acquisitions at the beginning of the internship. Komino is a social impact-driven software, which makes sales quantity a secondary measure to the sale quality. Is the product making a difference for the client? Is the product increasing the social impact of the client? Those questions should be asked and answered before meeting and contacting each client. Ultimately, we want to offer our platform to the right clients, and you'll be the deciding factor for that! The final deliverable should include : A document with all your outreach, sales plan, and success Both francophone and anglophone students are welcome!

We want students to help us create content aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. The Komino movement's mission is to encourage the youth to invest themselves in social change via content on social media platforms like TikTok or Instagram. We currently have an account in french (we are based in Montreal) and we want to expand into the ''English side of Canada''. You'll be given how much time you should allocate to what type of content and coaching in our method to do content. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
