Based on the information you provide, consultant teams will deliver an action plan that accounts for your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and productive operations.
Learners
Phase 1 - Project Plan: Students will connect with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope and prepare a detailed plan for completion of the project.
Phase 2 - Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the project plan. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.
Phase 3 - Outcome: 12 to 15 page Report: Students will submit a detailed report on the outcomes of the project.

Requirements
Project examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a significant organizational change or restructuring.
- Data analytics through business intelligence
- Using machine learning algorithms to build predictive models and recommendation systems
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques (regression, clustering, association rule, classification, etc.)
- Natural language processing and text mining
- Automating reporting using scripting languages like Python, Java, etc.
- Evaluating historical data to identify trends and propose new strategies
- Building integrated information system platform with database management back end
- Human computer interaction concepts to improve usability of products (applications and websites)
- Creating comprehensive dashboards to enhance data visualization for customers, teams, and executives.
- Work with the Technical Product and Engineering teams to understand end-user requirements and formulate use cases across the company's client-facing products and internal tools, then translate those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions
- Build, test, and optimize the data collection, manipulation, and storage processes
- Develop and prototype new deep learning models and training algorithms for speech recognition and Natural Language Processing
