Looking for partner organizations for a Strategic Management / Corporate Strategy Course that i'll be teaching to MBA Students at University Canada West in Vancouver.


Partner with our student project for a strategic analysis aligned with your assignment rubric. The team will conduct a comprehensive examination within a 12-page limit, following a structured report format. The suggested structure includes an Executive Summary, Vision, Mission, Goals, and Situation Analysis, External Analysis, Internal Analysis, and Performance Assessment.


The students will use exhibits to support their analysis, guided by your input, focusing on key areas such as opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses, and overall performance. The analysis will conclude with concise preliminary options and recommendations for the strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with your organizational objectives. This collaborative effort promises actionable insights to drive strategic growth.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Students will create a 12 page "Strategic Analysis Report" (not include the title page and table of contents). They can include an unlimited number of exhibits, charts, or diagrams to support your analysis. Based on the information from sections 1-6, offer preliminary options and potential recommendations for the strategic initiative in question.


Student will do this formally through a Solution Analysis or informally by summarizing key points. They will be graded on structure, conciseness, and their ability to directly address the key elements of your organization's strategy and its environment. They will also be tasked with developing a presentation of their assignment, online.
