Expected outcomes and deliverables

We require four companies to participate for the 2024 Winter term, January 15 - March 31, 2024. Final project deliverables will include student consultant reports including their research, analysis, insights and recommendations.


Engagement: we will need company representatives participate in one two-hour virtual session and one one-hour virtual session with our students. These will be scheduled based on company representative availability.

Project Examples

In this assignment, students will conduct an overview of your business and understand your industry and competitive landscape. As a participating organization, you can direct their research by providing particular areas of interest and context on your challenges. You'll receive unique insights from their analyses by allowing students to perform an unbiased assessment and review.

Students will identify strengths, weaknesses and areas of opportunity. They will provide recommendations in one or more areas that address your business needs and insights into potential growth areas.
