Jess was yet again a great addition to our team! She completed 3 projects with us all year and took on leadership roles very quickly, easing into them with grace. She has an incredible work ethic and will get things done with her own initiative. She sees opportunities that would benefit TAPP and will take them on with no question. Anybody would be lucky to have Jess on their team! She’s heavily involved in other areas of her life like work, school, and family and yet continues to support us effectively. Our operations and communications have gone smoothly thanks to Jess.
