Jessica was incredible as a Riipen student. She showed great passion forYIC & her work, with her empathy for our participants especially notable. She also worked extremely hard & delivered any assigned tasks to a high quality. We are excited to have her come back in a full-time role after the summer and strongly recommend her for any future Riipen roles. It was amazing to work with Jessica over the Spring and know she will continue to make great impacts wherever she goes!

Jessica has been the greatest help in cleaning up our database. She came in with the knowledge of Raiser's Edge and gained a lot of new valuable skills during the project. We really appreciate her dedication and diligence.

Jess was yet again a great addition to our team! She completed 3 projects with us all year and took on leadership roles very quickly, easing into them with grace. She has an incredible work ethic and will get things done with her own initiative. She sees opportunities that would benefit TAPP and will take them on with no question. Anybody would be lucky to have Jess on their team! She’s heavily involved in other areas of her life like work, school, and family and yet continues to support us effectively. Our operations and communications have gone smoothly thanks to Jess.

I can go on about Jessica Noakes!!! If I start, I won’t stop. Jess is somebody who will impress the witts outta you. She took on every task, new and familiar, with an attitude of determination and poise. She is a huge asset to any team, and I am thrilled she’s chosen to take up a role of leadership now when we need it most at our startup. What a wonderful human being you are Jess. Jessica is an absolute gem. You’d be so lucky to have her on your team. She’s hardworking, never misses deadlines, is always on top of things - literally never worked with anybody more efficient than Jess.
