We had an absolutely stupendous experience working with Suzanne, our Primary Contact from the Sessional Faculty, right from the beginning. Her professional yet personable approach made the process not only smooth but enjoyable. She took a genuine interest in our brand, and during the wrap-up, she referenced her connection with Monique, which was a clear reflection of how aligned we were throughout the project. Suzanne’s commitment to our success went above and beyond, and we are excited about her offer to connect us with a mentoring organization that shares a similar vision. The work itself was equally impressive. Our initial introduction to the student teams went so well that three teams chose to collaborate with us. Each team approached different strategic areas: Team #2: Recruitment & Retention – They provided valuable insights that will help us attract and retain top talent for Maid In Luxury, ensuring we have a strong workforce to support our growth. Team #4: Re-Branding Strategy & SEO Audit – This team’s re-branding efforts were informed by a detailed SEO audit, and their recommendations have positioned us to improve our digital presence and overall brand cohesion. Team #5: Marketing Plan for Growth – Their comprehensive marketing plan has laid a strong foundation for driving sustainable growth, offering us clear action steps to expand in our key target markets. We are deeply grateful for the work of Suzanne and all the teams, and we look forward to implementing some of the ideas proposed that will most useful.
