Operationalize the dimensions of quality into measurable characteristics. Conduct the analysis of the costs of quality by computing different costs and assigning them into categories of internal, external, preventative and appraisal.

During their final semester project management graduate student teams are assigned a cumulative total of 600 hours to work on a project to either develop a Project Management Plan, conduct research etc., for a project of your choice. Using Project Management Theory guided by PMI standards, students will determine the breakdown of work of a future project for your organization, including project requirements, risks, costs, timelines, and responsibilities to drive the implementation process.
