PROJECT SCOPE
The ReFrame Team is looking for an HR Process and Policy SUPERSTAR!
If you are a creative, detail-oriented, organized self-starting student, then this role is for you! We need your help in creating custom, on-brand, policy and procedure documents for a start-up organization.
Your role will include:
- Editing documents to create a custom brand employee handbook
- Ensuring ReFrame branding guidelines are met on all customized documents
- Organizing new templates, that will streamline our hiring processes and communications
- Critically and creatively thinking about how reports communicate key information to employees
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience with Business administration is an asset
- HR experience would be highly advantageous
- Can-do attitude that is ready to bring forward new ideas and new ways of looking at employee communications and reports
