The primary focus for the students will be: To help us improve and gain efficiencies in our sales processes.
Duties the students may complete includes, but is not limited to:
- Researching, completing and verifying information for contacts in our CRM database (HubSpot), as well as merging and/or removing duplicate or outdated records, ensuring data integrity is maintained
- Ensuring all data corresponds to the appropriate CRM fields, and updating those that don't
- Provide recommendations for maintaining clean and up-to-date records for our sales team to be able to use in lead generation campaigns
Experience & Qualifications:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience using HubSpot CRM is a plus
Our goal at the end of this experience is: Improve and more efficient CRM & sales processes.
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools:
- Company Email
- Google Chat
- Zoom
Student's primary contact: (Monica Torres Frias, Marketing & Design Lead)
Secondary contact: (Natalie Mohammed, Vice President, Human Resources)
Student will be working with the Marketing & Design Lead to complete the tasks for this project. She will be available for training and ongoing mentorship as needed during the project.
