Re_Generation is Canada's largest youth-led nonprofit re_thinking how the economy can better serve ecological and human wellbeing. Our mission is to accompany the next generation (18-30 years old) to re_imagine schools, re_purpose careers, and re_model companies. We created Canada’s largest platform to empower youth in sustainability and social impact.

Over the past year a few of us have been dedicated to revamping the Re_Imagine your school section of our website. This endeavor has involved the creation of a video series and the refinement of our written resources. As we approach the school year, our primary focus lies in integrating the new content we have worked on and changing the user experience on that section of the website.

Deliverables
  • To illustrate the website changes required, our team has structured an initial website tree diagram, and we've compiled the content intended for each node within the tree, please find it here.
  • Figma design of the ideas our team came up.
  • Being able to revamp our existing pages on WordPress which are built with Editorskit (we will need to stick to this specific plug-in so we are only looking for candidates who are fluent with Editorskit).
Mentorship
  • Weekly 30min check-in.
  • Onboarding by our previous web developers
  • Reading material to know how to best use Editorskit as a plug-in on WordPress

Canada's largest youth-run organization dedicated to advancing sustainable business practices!

Re_Generation is a Canadian youth movement that seeks to build a regenerative, sustainable, and just economy. We created Canada’s largest platform to empower youth in sustainability and social impact.

- We aim to re_imagine our schools, re_purpose our careers, and re_model our companies to be aligned with regenerative principles.
- We provide resources for young individuals (18-30) to launch impact-driven careers and advocate for change within their schools and companies.
- We also aim to advance public policies that promote regenerative and sustainable business practices.

After three years of existence as the Canadian Business Youth Council for Sustainable Development, we have changed our name to Re_Generation to become more inclusive of all youth, not just business youth. We now have a team of 11 full-time paid staff.
