Being ten years old as an organization, we would like to conduct a review of our brand to understand how our target audiences resonate with our work.
Our goals for the project are:
- To understand how we can better communicate our impact to potential program participants;
- How our brand (colours, name of the organization and of our programs, slogans, etc) resonate with our audience of young changemakers in our three market segments (under 18, 18-25, 25+), plus our potential donor base.
- What changes could be made to refresh our brand and better help us articulate the impact we'd like to see in our work.
We will provide access to previous research projects and program participants for interviews and other statistics and reports we have available.
If an internship, we will provide:
- Shadowing opportunities to see how our program works;
- Regular check-ins to provide feedback on project direction;
- Supports and resources to implement the intern's plan, with the intern as the project lead
We will provide space for this intern to connect with our digital marketing team on a weekly basis. This role will also be supervised by our Director, Operations + Leadership and will be accompanied with frequent mentorship conversations from our Co-Founder.
