This position involves handling file transfers, maintaining secure file naming conventions, and assisting with information security audits for student club and committee admin processes.

Key Responsibilities:
File Transfers:
- Facilitate secure and efficient file transfers.
- Ensure adherence to established security protocols during the entire file transfer process.
- Monitor and report any anomalies or security incidents related to file transfers.
File Naming:
- Implement and maintain standardized file naming conventions to enhance organization and ease of access.
Information Security Audit Assistance:
- Collaborate with the Hart House Programs and Information Technology teams to conduct audits of student club and committee admin processes.
- Assist in identifying security vulnerabilities, gaps, and non-compliance issues.
Information Security Awareness:
- Foster a culture of security awareness among students and committee members.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Flexibility to assist with various information security tasks and projects as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in information security.
