Details

Canadian Interactive Training Facilitators has recently been approved by the US Department of Defense to provide the Stop the Bleed training program in Saskatchewan. This program aims to reduce deaths from blood loss during major emergencies such as industrial and farming accidents, explosions, and mass casualty events. The marketing materials and course content are already prepared. The project requires a team to develop a comprehensive social media campaign strategy to promote the program and create a market expansion report to identify potential growth opportunities for the company's training services. The goal is to increase awareness and enrollment in the Stop the Bleed program while exploring new markets for future expansion.

Deliverables
  • Selecting appropriate marketing goals
  • Aligning goals with on- and off-line marketing strategic campaigns. Campaigns broken down into least, medium and most expensive marketing budgets.
  • A detailed social media campaign strategy, including platform selection, content calender, engagement tactics, and performance metrics.
  • A market expansion report outlining potential new markets, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Presentation of findings and strategies to Canadian Interactive Training Facilitators' management team.
