Deliverables

Key Tasks

  • Assist in identifying, contacting, and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Participate in planning and coordinating events, such as meetings, conferences, or workshops, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
  • Collect and analyze data related to operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Provide support in project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Interns are expected to submit a detailed document outlining the events they have planned during their internship. This document should cover key aspects such as objectives, logistics, budgeting, and outcomes. It serves as a record of the intern's contributions, showcasing their operational skills and project management capabilities.
Mentorship

We will be offering students support from staff members and the owner during the duration of the project. They will have personal mentors to guide and support students, which they can reach out to whenever they need assistance completing a certain task. We will also have meetings with them and introduce them to our overall operations.
