The platform is currently in its pre-launch phase and requires improvements to ensure a seamless user experience. The goal of this project is to enhance the platform's UX/UI design and optimize its performance and analytics capabilities. Software engineering or computer science students will collaborate with the company's IT leader and occasionally liaise with the developer to implement these enhancements. The project offers students the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios, focusing on user-centric design and data-driven performance improvements. By the end of the project, the platform should be more intuitive, efficient, and ready for launch.
The project deliverables include enhancing the platform, redesigning UX/UI that enhances user interaction and accessibility. Students will also improve performance analytics tools to monitor and optimize the platform's efficiency. Additionally, a comprehensive report detailing the improvements made and recommendations for future enhancements will be provided. These deliverables will ensure the platform is user-friendly and performance-optimized, ready to support newcomers effectively.
