The goal is to create a comprehensive roadmap that will secure funding and engage community and industry partners. This initiative will drive sustainable agricultural practices, enhance climate resilience, and foster economic diversification by equipping a new generation of leaders in the agri-food sector.
The project deliverables include a detailed program overview and objectives, an analysis of the target audience, and a content development plan for AI-powered training modules. Additionally, a community project framework, innovation events plan, and stakeholder engagement strategy will be developed. The deliverables will also encompass performance metrics, risk management strategies, and financial projections to ensure program success and sustainability.
