NL Eats Digital Marketing Asset Creation
NL Eats is seeking to enhance its digital marketing presence by collaborating with a team of digital media production students. The project aims to create a cohesive set of marketing assets that align with NL Eats' brand identity and effectively engage its target audience. Students will work in teams of 3-4 to design social media graphics, digital ads, website visuals, and email templates. Additionally, they will develop a content calendar to strategically plan and schedule the release of these materials. This project provides students with the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, while NL Eats benefits from custom-designed marketing materials that drive customer engagement and highlight key content, such as promotions or featured products.

Agritech Educational Strategy Development
NL Eats Community Outreach Inc. is seeking a strategic educational program plan to address food insecurity and promote agricultural innovation in Newfoundland and Labrador. The project focuses on the Road to Agritech Success Program (R2ASP), which aims to empower underrepresented youth, including Indigenous youth, young women, new immigrants, and individuals with disabilities, with skills in AI and automation for agriculture. The goal is to create a comprehensive roadmap that will secure funding and engage community and industry partners. This initiative will drive sustainable agricultural practices, enhance climate resilience, and foster economic diversification by equipping a new generation of leaders in the agri-food sector.

Enhancing User Accessibility for NUETECH.AI
NUETECH.AI is a cutting-edge platform designed to assist small-holder farmers by providing real-time data input, recommendations, and field performance monitoring through a mobile app and web interface. Despite its robust functionality, there is a need to improve its user accessibility to ensure that farmers of all technological backgrounds can easily navigate and utilize the platform. The goal of this project is to enhance the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of NUETECH.AI, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. By focusing on accessibility, the project aims to streamline the user journey, reduce the learning curve, and increase user satisfaction. This will involve analyzing current user interactions, identifying pain points, and proposing design improvements that align with best practices in UI/UX design.
